Our team recognizes that the photos seen online are the first chance buyers have to connect to a home. We consider this when designing each room we work on, and take great care to ensure the photo opportunities will cause a buyer to stop their scrolling, and instead contact their realtor for more information.
Buyers and sellers will experience an emotional connection to a home. It's our job to help sellers reduce the ties they have to the place they've called home - but equally important, we need to help buyers tap into the emotional side of owning this home.
Helping buyers see how they could live in a home, not how sellers have been living in it, is an important step in the selling process. We have to reduce how it's lived in and promote how it can be lived in moving forward.
From beginning to end, our team will manage all aspects of the staging process. This includes consultations, item selection, vendor management, removal details etc.
We're integrated into the project from the start, and ensure all needs are met until that deposit cheque is received and the sold sign is up. Our team is available for questions along the way, and we'll keep the lines of communication open as much, or as little, as you need them.
